Our Story
The Rustic Timber Co is a family run business launched in 2020. We have been making furniture for family & friends for a little while now, but after both losing our jobs during the COVID-19 lockdowns, we had the push we needed to start something new.
Starting out in George's parents garden, we're now fortunate enough to have our own workshop in a lovely village nestled away in the Hertfordshire countryside, making rustic furniture for customers all over the UK.

All of our furniture is made from retired scaffold boards. Each board will come with its own quirks, this includes; cupping, dents, knots, sap pockets, cracks, warps and scrapes.
This makes every piece of furniture from The Rustic Timber Co completely unique and a real statement piece in any home.
